Tom Orban Painting, LLC

Tom Orban began his painting career in 1977 in Monterey, California, where he worked on the restoration of landmark Victorian homes as well as iconic buildings on Cannery Row and Fisherman’s Wharf. He later established Tom Orban Painting Co., specializing in custom homes throughout Carmel, Carmel Valley, and Pebble Beach.

In 1990, Tom moved to Naples, Florida, bringing with him innovative painting methods that would set new standards in the industry. By 1997, he founded Tom Orban Painting, LLC, which quickly became known for its craftsmanship and excellence. The company has painted luxury homes in exclusive communities such as Port Royal, Grey Oaks, Bonita Bay, Quail West, Twin Eagles, and more. Homes painted by Tom Orban Painting have been featured in n – the magazine of Naples, Open House Magazine, and other publications.

Tom has also been a leader in his profession, serving on the Board of Directors of the Southwest Florida Chapter of the PDCA (Painting and Decorating Contractors of America). He went on to become Chapter President in 1999 and was later elected President of the Florida State Council PDCA in 2001. Beyond his business, Tom is deeply involved in the Naples community. He coached his two sons in Little League baseball, served on the Greater Naples Little League Board of Directors for 15 years, and held the position of President for two years. His passion for both painting and people continues to drive the company’s reputation as one of Southwest Florida’s premier painting contractors.

Growing up around the family business, Bobby Orban learned the craft of painting at an early age, taking on his first job at just 14 years old under the guidance of his father and the Tom Orban Painting team.

Bobby graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2012 with a degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Sociology. After college, he returned home to Naples to join the family business full-time. Today, as Vice President of Tom Orban Painting, LLC, Bobby oversees day-to-day operations, including scheduling, project management, job site supervision, and accounting. His leadership ensures that the company continues its tradition of quality and professionalism.

Outside of work, Bobby is passionate about family, music, and community. He and his wife are raising two young sons who are active in sports and Cub Scouts, keeping the family busy and connected to the Naples area. In his free time, Bobby enjoys playing guitar and is the lead singer of his band — a creative outlet that reflects his energy and dedication both inside and outside the business.
